Preschool is a crucial stage of development for your child, and it also brings about significant changes for you as a parent. We understand that every family has unique needs, and we recognize that each child develops at their own pace.
At South Olive Christian School, we provide a nurturing and supportive environment for preschoolers. Each student experiences Christ-centered teaching at their own pace ensuring that you feel confident in your child’s understanding, care, and overall development during this important stage.

We provide a variety of preschool schedules and options to fit your
family’s needs.
To enroll in the SOCS Preschool Program, students must be 4 years of age by September 1 of the school year they are attending.
To enroll the SOCS Young 5s Program students must be 5 years of age by December 1 of the school year they are attending.
Afternoon Extension Program
Recognizing that certain students may be prepared for a full day at school but not an entire week of full days, we have created the ideal solution. Now, you have the flexibility to determine the number of afternoons you wish your child to participate in. For preschool, families can opt for 1-2 afternoons. For your Young 5 student, you can choose 1-5 afternoons. This personalized approach ensures that you can tailor your child’s schedule to best suit their needs and developmental progress.
The dismissal time for the afternoon extension program is 3:15PM.
Enrolling Your Student
Deposit
A 100$ deposit is required to reserve your child’s placement.
In the event that the class reaches its maximum capacity, we will prioritize your student by placing them on our “wait list.” However, if we are unable to accommodate your student in the class, your deposit will be promptly refunded. We understand the importance of parent involvement and frequent communication. We promise our best during each step of the enrollment process.
**There is a minimum student enrollment. We reserve the right to change or cancel this program if the minimum is not met.
