Our Mission

At South Olive Christian School, our mission statement is: Equipping students with wisdom and knowledge to become effective Christ-followers and bring peace and restoration to the earth.

We are a missional school—committed to shaping young hearts and minds to live out their faith in every aspect of life. Our goal is to guide students not only toward academic excellence but also toward a deeper understanding of God’s Word and His call to serve others.

Enrollment Forms

We are thrilled you are joining the South Olive Christian School family. Please print and fill out the following forms to complete the enrollment process. Forms can be dropped off or mailed to the school. If you do not have access to a printer, please call the office for assistance.

Records Release Form (1st-8th Grade)

Please fill out this Records Release form and turn it into the school you are transferring from- or turn it into South Olive Christian School and we will send it to them.

Consent to Disclose Immunization

This allows us to report Immunization Records to the Health Department

Child Information Record (Preschool ONLY)

Each child needs this form filled out with contact and emergancy information.

Preschool Hand Book

Please sign and return the last few pages of this Hand Book stating that you agree and understand everything listed

Technology Agreement Form

This Technology Agreement Form is for all students. Mulitple students may sign on one form

Central Registry Clearance Request Form

This form needs to be completed by any parent or guardian that may wish to work in a classroom or attend and drive on field trips. South Olive Christian School will also need a copy of your license to send in with this form

Health Enrollment Form

Please have your child’s doctor fill out and return along with an Immunization Record
